Inside Tour of Yuri Arcurs' Top Notch Photo Studio!
Amazing studio, but if it was up to me I would add some leg supports for flashes, why ? because its easier to have a flash behind the model with leg supports, makes it easier to hide the flash.
But AGAIN amazing studio, I want one.

Answer to all technical questions for Lenses and Sensors.
This website has everything, a curious photographer can spend days reading it.
There is a lens review with all the technical stuff included and also comparison of any 3 lenses that you can choose from most of the camera brands.
Just like the lens review, there is a part about camera sensors. Which I found amazing and really useful.
Here is the link.

Terrible News for Turkish Bloggers.
Terrible News for Turkish Bloggers.
Blogspot or with the new name Blogger site is censored in Turkey. The reason of the censorship is because of Turkish bloggers using Blogs to broadcast football matches illegally. I don't know how much of this is true but, as a result of this, our so called law system in Turkey decided to take action or in other words banning the all Blogger website.
How this will effect me?
Not so much since I live in London, but this will effect me in summer since I like to spend my summers in Turkey.

Equipment I use in home studio: Kenro portable backdrop support, 800W Red Head Kit x2, 3x6 M black sheet as backdrop and also Multiblitz location flash kit which I didn't use in the photo above.

Self portrait
I think this is the coolest self portrait of mine.
X-RAY photography.
This is a X-Ray of me was taken in 12.16.2004 Geneva-Switzerland.
How to do:
1. Get in the Hockey team of the school.
2. Become a front player.
3. Get hit on the face with a hockey stick
4. Go to the hospital and get a x-ray done to see if anything is broken.
50 Fashion Designers you should know.
This is a good source for stylists, but it is not a perfect book for referencing because there is only one page of written information per designer which is not enough in my opinion.
Photographing People
This amazing book about photography. In my opinion every photography student should have a copy of this book. A good source for technical lighting, however it is no substitute to testing and trying thing by yourself.

DSLR Shutter Count
This is a question in every photographers mind when they are buying a 2nd hand Camera, How many photos are taken with this camera?
Well there are programs to do that for you. Some of these programs comes free and others comes with price. In both ways you have to have the program in your PC or Mac and not many people can bring their computers in to the place where they buy the 2nd hand camera.
On my "little" research I found a website that will do the same job online.
With this website you can take a test shot and upload the photograph on web to check, while you are still in the store.
Note: Make sure that you upload non-compressed RAW file or TIFF. (RAW is recommended)

Da Grip ! - By:Joe McNally
Focusing left eyed brings your motor driven camera closer to your left shoulder. (Really Joe, no shit?!) That’s a good deal. If you swing your body around into something resembling a boxing stance, your left shoulder becomes a base, or a platform for the camera body. It also brings your center of gravity back under the camera. Also a good move.

On the third photo he is not holding the lens, why?
Some of the lenses such as 17-55mm (link) or 14-24mm (link), the photographer doesn't need to hold the lens all the time since there is not much the zoom and there is no aperture ring on the lens anymore.
(Warning, warning! This camera grip is much more convenient and doable if you are left eyed and use a motor driven camera, which is obviously deeper, say, than a D70. So we’re talking a D300 with a grip, or a D3, that type of body. Also, the left eye thing. I just have always used my left eye. Dunno why.)(JOE)

(grip-left eye)
How to do.
Put the left mitt under the lens, or, if truly skinny on shutter speed whilst using a short lens, clap that puppy over your right hand gripping the camera. (Clap that puppy hahaha) Basically place the camera on your left shoulder. Tip: Not on the bone)

Mission LCF - behind the camera
We are not permitted to use tripod for flash in the corridor because of safety reasons. So we ended up using our friend Varun.
My colleague Erhan is setting the flash power. Looks like he will give a kiss to flash.
