Light Setup #4

Here I will be showing one of the light setup of the I did for Laurence.

In that shoot I've change the backdrop and light setup 3 times.

This setup works with the photo I'll be showing in the Read More section of this post.

The octobox is just a fill light, if not it is just chancing the tone of the shades, its 1.25 stop less than the main light.
The strobe with 9" reflector is there to cast a shadow at his feet, giving more dimension to the photo.

Traveling via Photography

As I am Shooting and Assisting more and more photo shoots, Locations are getting bigger and better.

You get the enjoy your job when it is taking you to places.

Here is what the view was like at Dover - Kent.
When I saw this view, I had to find time while the model was chancing, get my Pentax 6x7(Old One) and capture it, and thats what I exactly did.
If I had a Largeformat, a Sinar or Linhof and the time I could have shoot 3 Films: 1 BW,  1 Colour Negative (Kodak Ektar), 1 colour transparency (Fuji Velvia)

Camera: Pentak 6X7 + 105mm 2.4mm
Film: Fomapan 400Asa @400
Processed in Kodak HC-110 Dilution B
Scanned With Epson Perfection V750 PRO

Note: Funny thing I realise after posting this Photograph that Blogger doesn't respect the Black and white Photos. This photo looks bit sepia-ish  where the original file which I've uploaded is Black and White. When I put the two same images next to each other it is very easy to see how the photos colour change on web.
